Click 'Download for Safari' above to get the extension.

Open the downloaded file and follow the installation wizard.

Open Safari and go to Preferences > Extensions.

Enable WebClarity from the extensions list.
After Installation
Access WebClarity from the Safari toolbar icon or use the keyboard shortcut.
