Last updated: February 18, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using webclarity.ai, the WebClarityAI browser extension, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use the Service for a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Description of the Service
WebClarityAI currently provides a free browser extension and related website experience focused on design, development, and SEO inspection workflows. Some features or future offerings (including web app and cloud features) may be introduced, changed, or removed over time.
4. License and Allowed Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for lawful internal and personal/business workflow purposes.
- You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the Service except as allowed by law.
- You may not remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- You may not attempt to bypass technical limitations, security controls, or usage restrictions.
- You may not use automated methods that unreasonably burden the Service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law.
- Infringe or misuse third-party rights or content.
- Transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system integrity.
- Use the Service to collect or process personal data in ways that violate privacy or data-protection laws.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to, integrate with, or rely on third-party websites, APIs, browser stores, and tools. We are not responsible for third-party products or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
7. User Inputs and API Keys
Some features may allow or require you to provide API keys or other inputs. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have rights to use any content or data you process.
- Complying with third-party API/provider terms.
- Maintaining the security of your keys and credentials.
WebClarityAI may let you inspect pages and export assets (such as fonts, images, or other files) from third-party websites. These features are tooling only. WebClarityAI does not grant you any ownership rights, license, or permission to use third-party website content.
You are solely responsible for confirming you have proper rights and permissions before downloading, reusing, publishing, or commercializing any third-party assets. WebClarityAI is not responsible or liable for unauthorized use, infringement claims, or other legal issues arising from how you use those assets.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, marks, and related content, is owned by WebClarityAI or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
9. Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without obligation to you.
10. Beta and Experimental Features
We may offer beta or experimental features. These may be modified or discontinued at any time and may be less stable than general availability features.
11. Fees and Future Paid Features
The extension is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans or paid features in the future. If pricing is introduced, we will provide applicable plan terms and pricing details at that time.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebClarityAI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebClarityAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WebClarityAI and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or created risk for users, us, or third parties.
16. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
18. General Terms
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and WebClarityAI regarding the Service.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
