Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of WebClarity for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

In no event shall WebClarity or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use WebClarity, even if WebClarity or a WebClarity authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
